Once Steps 1 and 2 have been completed, academic assessments will be scheduled.
For the Gonzaga Cycle (Preschool): A classroom observation is conducted by teachers and psychologists.
For the remaining cycles (up to 8th grade): Written tests are administered in the subjects of Math, Science, Language Arts, and Spanish.
If the applicant passes the academic assessments, the family will be contacted to schedule an interview.
This interview is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the applicant, the family dynamic, and the family’s commitment to the student’s education.
Note: If necessary, the applicant may be asked to attend an additional interview or, depending on the case, another classroom observation.
All admission applications are carefully reviewed by the Admissions Committee, taking into account the applicant’s performance in the assessments, the interview, and their previous academic record.
Based on this comprehensive evaluation, the Committee determines whether the application is approved or not.
The outcome of the process will be communicated to families through the Admissions Office.
If the applicant is admitted, all the steps to begin the enrollment process will be provided.
