We are proud to congratulate our students Jhonatan Barraza Piñeres, María C. Zapata Sandino, and Mariana Urueta Gamero on their outstanding participation in the Laudato Si’ Religious Education Forum: “Sembrando esperanza para un mundo mejor,” hosted by Colegio Biffi La Salle on August 28.
As part of the forum, our students presented “Ser joven y cuidar la creación: un reto y una oportunidad,” a thoughtful reflection on the relationship between faith, the hopes and convictions of young people, and our shared responsibility to care for our common home.
Through their presentation, they invited their peers to look beyond the world they will inherit and reflect on the world they have the power to shape and leave behind.
This experience provided a valuable opportunity to further develop their critical thinking, foster dialogue between faith and reason, and strengthen their commitment to global citizenship—principles that are deeply rooted in our Ignatian educational approach.
We would like to thank Mr. Luis Lima for his guidance and support throughout the development of their presentation, and Mrs. María José Martínez for accompanying our students during the event.

Felicitamos a nuestros estudiantes Jhonatan Barraza Piñeres, María C. Zapata Sandino y Mariana Urueta Gamero por su destacada participación en el Foro de Educación Religiosa Escolar Laudato Si’: Sembrando esperanza para un mundo mejor, organizado por el Colegio Biffi La Salle el pasado 28 de agosto.
Con su ponencia “Ser joven y cuidar la creación: un reto y una oportunidad”, nuestros estudiantes reflexionaron sobre la relación entre la fe, la confianza de la niñez y el cuidado de la casa común, invitando a su generación a preguntarse no solo qué mundo van a recibir, sino qué mundo van a decidir dejar.
Un espacio que fortaleció su pensamiento crítico, su capacidad de diálogo entre fe y razón, y su compromiso con la ciudadanía global, en coherencia con nuestro paradigma pedagógico ignaciano.
Agradecemos al Mr. Luis Lima por la orientación a los estudiantes en la construcción de su ponencia y a Mrs. María Jose Martínez por el acompañamiento durante el evento.
