Lead with wisdom, serve with heart

F. Luis Aurelio Castañeda Verano, SJ, the new Principal of Colegio San José in Barranquilla, is a Jesuit priest with more than 46 years of service. He is a psychologist, philosopher, theologian, and holds a Master’s degree in Theology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, as well as a Master’s degree in Spirituality from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. Throughout his career, he has held significant leadership and educational positions within Jesuit institutions, serving as Principal of Colegio San Luis Gonzaga in Manizales, Director of Pastoral Ministry at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and at Jesuit schools in Medellín and Cali, and as a vocation promoter for more than two decades.
