Administrative and Financial Management

Under the direction of the Administrative and Financial Director, this department oversees various offices including: Space Reservations, Accounting, Purchasing, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, Payroll, CSIA, Administrative Office, Maintenance, and Nacho’s Food Cafeteria.

Other services such as uniforms and transportation are outsourced to third-party providers, with contracts managed by this department.
