During the second term, children in Kinder 4A and B became “researchers” and discovered that games are tools for learning. They wanted to know more and more about the topic and they had the idea to invite their grandparents to ask them what kind of games they played when they were little kids. This is the way they learnt about traditional games, their names and rules.

The grandparents took advantage of telling their grandchildren many funny anecdotes when they were little kids; They played, jumped, laughed and had a lot of fun. It was a very significant experience for children and their grandparents and now they not only know more about these games, but they want to continue researching about this topic. With the help of children, Colegio San José will continue with the mission of rescuing the values that these traditional games teach.
